Dave Narey / Rugged Road

Dave is a singer-songwriter from Palatine, Illinois. As a storyteller of personal and observable life lessons, he has been writing and recording these original songs since 1990. With 70’s and modern acoustic influences, he has woven several genres into his songwriting.

Dave has been growing as a featured artist in the Northwest and Western suburbs of Chicago, performing in Palatine, Lake Zurich, Long Grove, Elmhurst, Geneva, and St. Charles. Dave also regularly performs at several open-mic venues, such as Copper Fiddle, 93 Octane, Long Grove Village Tavern, Jimmy D's,  and EvenFlow.

David is featured on two EPs, available on most streaming platforms. "Philmont," his first solo EP under Rugged Road was released in 2023. “Getting It Out There," was released in 2017 under Norm n Aux, with his music partner, Richard Schultz.
